Emmrod NZ has a one year return policy on any defective product.
Should you decide that you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason; you may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact us by email, and provide details of your purchase.

If we have supplied the order correctly, and the product is not defective, we may nevertheless decide to accept the return, and will provide a refund, but you may be required to return the product to our store at your cost.
In all cases, provided that we have received the product, and have banks details required, refunds should be made within 48 hours.
